About the role#
Tarte Cosmetics is seeking an intern to support the Founder and CEO during the Fall 2026 term. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience by working directly with leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams in our New York City office. Interns will develop their leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills through project work and company-led training sessions.
What you'll do#
- Assist with community management, creator gifting, and product sendouts.
- Create visual assets and Canva collages to support content and marketing initiatives.
- Update storefronts and various link-sharing platforms.
- Collaborate with teams on brand events and initiatives.
- Participate in trainings and speaking engagements led by company leaders.
- Complete an independent project in coordination with leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college, with rising seniors preferred.
- Proficiency with Canva, linking tools, and storefront platforms.
- Comfort using AI tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility.

- This is an on-site internship based in New York, New York.
- The term runs from September 9 to December 10, 2026.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
