About the role#
The Intern to Founder & CEO will gain hands-on experience by supporting marketing initiatives and collaborating with leadership at the New York City office. This role provides exposure to various departments and offers opportunities to develop leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills through project work and professional development sessions.
What you'll do#
- Assist with community management, creator gifting, and product sendouts.
- Create visual assets and collages using Canva to support content initiatives.
- Update storefronts and utilize link-sharing tools such as ShopMy and Snapchat.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand initiatives and events.
- Participate in trainings and speaking engagements led by company leadership.
- Work closely with department heads to complete independent projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preference for rising seniors.
- Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Art.
- Familiarity with Canva, storefront platforms, and linking tools.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility.
