About the role#
Tarantino Properties is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a student housing community in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on maintaining occupancy through effective sales, marketing, and relationship management. This is a full-time, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
- Build relationships with prospective and current residents to secure new leases and renewals.
- Generate leads through consistent phone and email follow-up.
- Provide customer service to residents and prospects, including addressing questions and concerns.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain property occupancy.
- Create promotional content and manage social media campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Participate in on-site marketing initiatives, resident events, and campus engagement efforts.
- Analyze leasing activity and traffic to identify conversion opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or multifamily housing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with students and parents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management software.
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours during peak leasing seasons.
- Reliable transportation for local marketing and outreach tasks.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
