About the role#
Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our student housing community in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site, paid position with a rolling term. We are looking for individuals with a background in business administration, marketing, or real estate who are comfortable working weekends and flexible hours during peak leasing periods.
What you'll do#
- Conduct property tours for future residents and visitors.
- Build relationships with prospective and current residents to secure leases and renewals.
- Generate leads through consistent follow-up via phone and email.
- Provide customer service to residents and prospects while addressing questions professionally.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and participate in on-site marketing initiatives.
- Analyze leasing activity and traffic to identify conversion opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, student housing, or multifamily properties.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with students and parents.
- Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management software.
- Reliable transportation for outreach and local marketing efforts.
