About the role#
As a Summer Associate at Kate Spade in Branson, you will act as a brand ambassador. You will assist customers in finding products that fit their personal style and lifestyle. This role focuses on building connections through storytelling and providing a high level of service in a retail environment.
What you'll do#
- Greet guests warmly and use your product knowledge to guide their experience.
- Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and help customers create complete looks.
- Drive sales results through effective customer engagement.
- Manage operational tasks such as stockroom organization and POS transactions.
- Guide customers through their purchase decisions to ensure a smooth checkout process.
What you'll need#
- Prior experience working in a retail environment.
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well within a team.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Human Resources.
