About the role#
This summer internship offers an opportunity to work with engineering teams on design projects. You will gain experience through hands-on work and participation in our intern education program, which includes lunch-and-learn sessions covering various aspects of our business.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineers in preparing design documentation.
- Prepare AutoCAD and Revit drawings of electrical systems.
- Help engineers with design calculations and sizing building electrical systems.
- Support field investigations and construction site visits to observe project progress.
- Attend intern education program lunch-and-learn sessions.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
- You have completed at least your first year of study.
- You have basic knowledge of design and calculation software and the MS Office Suite.
- Previous engineering internship or co-op experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of the latest version of MEP AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
