About the role#
This summer internship offers an opportunity to work with our engineering teams on building projects. You will gain experience through hands-on work alongside our staff and participate in our intern education program, which includes lunch-and-learn sessions covering various aspects of our business.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering teams in the creation of project designs.
- Assist with the preparation of design documentation.
- Create AutoCAD and Revit drawings for mechanical systems.
- Help engineers with design calculations and the sizing of building mechanical systems.
- Participate in field investigations and construction site visits to observe project progress.
- Attend scheduled intern education program sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for Mechanical Engineering at an accredited university.
- Completion of at least your second year of study.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite and design or calculation software.
- Previous engineering internship or co-op experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the latest version of MEP AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
