About the role#
We are looking for a Working Student to join our People & Culture team. This role offers a hands-on look at daily HR operations within an international IT service provider. You will work 15 to 20 hours per week, with the option to increase your hours during semester breaks.
What you'll do#
- Support HR Business Partners with administrative tasks.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage data entry and maintenance in time management systems and SAP.
- Track absence data such as sick leave and special leave.
- Prepare reports and draft certificates or references.
- Create presentations and participate in various team projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Human Resource Management or a comparable field of study.
- Excellent German and good English skills in both writing and speaking.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A hands-on mentality, self-motivation, and a team-oriented approach.
- Previous experience from an internship or a working student role is a plus.
