About the role#
This is a paid internship opportunity for students interested in laboratory work. You will gain professional experience while working in the oil and gas industry. What you'll do#
- Perform laboratory tasks to support our operations.
- Participate in company-wide student events and inclusion networks.
- Engage with senior leadership to discuss career paths and receive advice.
- Indicate your availability and specific location preferences within your application.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate Science program with a focus on chemistry or technical studies.
- You must be returning to full-time studies immediately following the completion of your work term.
- You are required to attach your most recent academic transcripts to your application.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role based in Fort McMurray or Sherwood Park, Alberta.
- The term begins in January 2027 with commitments ranging from 4 to 16 months.
- Relocation assistance is available, including travel coverage and temporary housing support depending on the role and location.
- Students based in Fort McMurray are eligible for a cash allowance to assist with local living costs.
