About the role#
Subaru of America offers a one-year internship program designed to provide students with practical experience in their field of study. You will work on projects, team up with experienced professionals, and develop skills for your future career. This program runs from May 2027 to May 2028.
What you'll do#

- Work 37.5 hours per week during the summer and 18-25 hours per week during the school year.
What you'll need#
- You must be a Junior or Senior planning to pursue a Master’s degree, or currently enrolled in a Master's program.
- You must remain an active student for the entire duration of the internship.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Some roles require driving company vehicles, which necessitates a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Relevant majors include Accounting, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Finance.

- This is an on-site position based at Subaru Headquarters in Camden, New Jersey.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
