About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Kansas City, Missouri. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience in medical technology sales and field operations. Please note that this role does not offer sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn about branch operations.
- Develop a target account list or a marketing strategy project.
- Learn essential selling skills, sales processes, and instrument use techniques.
- Assist the warehouse team with assembling and breaking down instrument kits for surgery.
- Support Sales and Field Operations Teams with various special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Biomedical Engineering.
- You must plan to be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
