About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the medical equipment manufacturing industry. You will work directly with our sales and operations teams to understand the branch functions and support our mission of improving patient outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn about branch operations.
- Develop a project segment focused on creating a target account list or a marketing strategy.
- Build your selling skills and learn instrument use techniques through coaching and mentorship from sales leadership.
- Assist the warehouse team by assembling and breaking down instrument kits and preparing products for surgery.
- Help team members with the delivery of kits to customer accounts.
- Collaborate with various teams on product-related tasks and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Biomedical Engineering, or Communications.
- Status as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
