About the role#
This internship provides exposure to the medical equipment manufacturing industry through direct experience with our sales and operations teams. You will gain insight into the full branch workflow while learning core selling skills and product handling techniques. This role is based in Dallas, Texas, for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to understand branch operations.
- Develop a project segment focused on creating a target account list or a marketing strategy.
- Receive coaching from sales leadership to learn selling processes and instrument use techniques.
- Assist with the delivery of kits to and from customer accounts.
- Work in the warehouse to assemble and break down instrument kits.
- Support sales and field operations teams on special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Biomedical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Status as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated leadership and business acumen.
