About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the medical equipment manufacturing industry. You will work directly with sales and operations teams to understand the branch functions and the lifecycle of our medical technology products.
What you'll do#
- Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn about branch operations.
- Develop a project segment that focuses on target account lists or marketing strategies.
- Learn selling skills, processes, and instrument use techniques through coaching and mentorship.
- Assist Team Member Drivers with the delivery of kits to and from customer accounts.
- Work with warehouse staff to assemble and break down instrument kits.
- Support Sales and Field Operations teams with special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Biomedical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, business acumen, and organizational skills.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
