About the role#
This summer internship provides hands-on experience in Joint Replacement Sales. You will work within our branch operations and sales teams to learn how we support healthcare providers and improve patient outcomes. This is a full-time, paid position designed for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
What you'll do#
- Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to understand branch functions.
- Learn selling skills, processes, and instrument use techniques through direct coaching and mentorship.
- Develop a project segment, such as a target account list or a marketing strategy.
- Assist with the delivery of medical kits to and from customer accounts.
- Work in the warehouse to assemble and break down instrument kits in preparation for surgery.
- Support Sales and Field Operations teams with special projects and interact with various internal departments.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a related field and planning to continue studies after the summer.
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and exercise independent judgment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
