About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on introduction to the medical technology industry. You will work within the Foot & Ankle Sales division, gaining exposure to sales processes, operations, and the logistics of supporting surgical teams. This is a full-time, paid summer 2027 opportunity based in Denver, Colorado.
What you'll do#
- Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn the daily functions of the branch.
- Develop a project segment focused on creating a target account list or a marketing strategy.
- Build your knowledge of selling skills, sales processes, and instrument handling through mentorship from the sales team.
- Assist with the delivery of medical kits to and from customer accounts.
- Work in the warehouse to assemble and break down instrument kits while preparing products for surgery.
- Collaborate with various teams and support special projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or Kinesiology.
- You plan to be enrolled in a degree-seeking program following the summer internship.
- You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
