About the role#
Stryker is hiring an intern for the Foot & Ankle Sales team for Summer 2027. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Morristown, New Jersey. You will gain direct exposure to medical technology sales, operations, and field logistics while working alongside experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn about branch functions.
- Develop a project segment focused on creating a target account list or a marketing potential strategy.
- Learn selling skills, sales processes, and instrument use techniques through team coaching.
- Assist Team Member Drivers with the delivery of kits to and from customer accounts.
- Help warehouse staff assemble and break down instrument kits, including preparing products for surgery.
- Support Sales and Field Operations teams with special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Biomedical Engineering.
- You must plan to be enrolled in a degree-seeking program following the summer term.
- Permanent resident of the U.S. or U.S. citizen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
- A cumulative 3.0 GPA or above is preferred.
