About the role#
This paid, hourly internship offers students and recent graduates the chance to work on large-scale data center projects. You will work directly with our VDC team to bridge the gap between virtual design technology and real-world construction. This role provides structured mentorship and hands-on experience in a professional engineering environment.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to active, real-world projects.
- Build technical modeling skills using Revit.
- Learn how VDC supports construction coordination, fabrication, and field execution.
- Collaborate with experienced VDC professionals.
- Gain exposure to industry-standard VDC software and workflows beyond Revit.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment, upcoming graduation, or recent graduation from a degree program.
- Coursework or degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Architectural Engineering, Construction Technology, or BIM/VDC.
- Completion of at least one Revit course or class.
Location & details#
- Location: Phoenix, Arizona (100% in-office).
- Pay: $22.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Flexible, between 16 and 36 hours per week.
- Commitment: 400 total hours, typically spanning 12 to 24 weeks.
