About the role#
We are hiring Civil Engineering Interns for our Irvine, California office for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position. You will work on pre-construction design, planning, and permitting for projects of varying size and scope.
What you'll do#
- Use technical software to analyze, produce, and quality-check client deliverables.
- Assist project managers and collaborate with other disciplines to complete engineering tasks.
- Learn to use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, or GIS.
- Gain familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, along with our internal procedures and standards.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree from an ABET-accredited program.
- Eligible majors include Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
