About the role#
We are looking for engineering students to join our team in Denton, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site internship position. You will gain hands-on experience by assisting our team with civil engineering projects.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to pre-construction design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for various projects.
- Use technical software to analyze, produce, and quality-check client deliverables.
- Solve complex problems while assisting project managers and collaborating with different disciplines.
- Learn to use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, or GIS.
- Develop a working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, along with our internal standards and procedures.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree from an ABET accredited program.
- Eligible majors include Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
