About the role#
Kimley-Horn is hiring Landscape Architecture students for our Dallas office. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship starting in 2027. You will work on various projects including land planning, urban design, residential development, streetscapes, and public infrastructure.
What you'll do#
- Use technical software to analyze, create, and check project deliverables.
- Contribute to site planning, landscape design, and technical production.
- Solve complex project problems and assist project managers with daily tasks.
- Work with other disciplines to produce designs for the built environment.
- Learn federal, state, and local regulations along with company standards.
- Gain experience with programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Landscape Architecture.

- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- This is an on-site position.
