About the role#
We are looking for students to join our Summer 2027 Internship Program. This full-time, paid position offers hands-on experience within our corporate finance function. You will work on-site in either Minneapolis, Minnesota, or Herndon, Virginia.
What you'll do#
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.
- Assist with the preparation of financial models and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Support budgeting processes.
- Perform other functions and duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferably with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027.
- Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas, and building financial models.
- Understanding of financial statements and familiarity with GAAP.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and interpret complex information.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing reports and reconciling accounts.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new tools, software, and industry trends.
- Integrity and sound ethical judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.

- Compensation: $19.50 - $29.75 per hour.
