About the role#
Stout is hiring a Summer 2027 Intern for the Disputes, Claims, and Investigations group in Chicago. This full-time internship focuses on engagements within a litigation setting, including forensic accounting, fraud investigations, valuation, and commercial damages. You will work directly with Analysts and Associates on active client matters.
What you'll do#
- Create financial models and analyze financial statements.
- Review and organize case documents.
- Conduct industry and company research.
- Perform data entry and quality control checks.
- Support the team with various ad-hoc requests.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Relevant internship or extracurricular experience.
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
