About the role#
We are looking for students to join our software engineering team as interns. You will work on-site in Radnor, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Write new software and improve our current systems.
- Build tools to process, store, and analyze financial, trade, and quote data.
- Collaborate with traders, quantitative research analysts, and other programmers to deliver software solutions.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or Mathematics.
- You have a strong academic record and good problem-solving skills.
- Experience with C++ or Java and working in a Linux environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of shell scripts like Bash, Perl, or CSH is helpful.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Sybase, SQL Server, or Oracle is a plus.
