About the role#
The Sales Enablement Summer Analyst joins the Institutional Business Development team to assist with global fundraising and client engagement. You will work on strategy, business processes, and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and information sharing. You will gain exposure to private markets fundraising, sales strategy, and business operations.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic priorities for fundraising and identify prospective relationships.
- Assist with conference planning, including attendee mapping and preparation of materials.
- Conduct market segmentation analyses across geographies to prioritize investors.
- Perform market and competitive research to support business development messaging.
- Maintain and improve Salesforce data integrity through enrichment initiatives.
- Capture and distribute prospect intelligence and market insights.
- Evaluate tools to enhance prospecting efforts and information sharing.
- Prepare meeting memoranda and briefing materials.
- Partner with the Marketing team to distribute firm collateral.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Interest in sales enablement, business development, or financial services.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
