About the role#
This Summer 2027 internship offers hands-on experience in professional sales and leadership. You will join the sales team to work directly with customers while gaining exposure to various business operations, including marketing, merchandising, and human resources. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role designed for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration or Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Engage with customers to identify their specific needs through probing questions.
- Guide customers through the store and recommend products that fit their requirements.
- Explain product differences and features clearly.
- Manage the sales process by arranging payment and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required paperwork.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls or thank you notes.
- Apply effective sales techniques while adhering to all company procedures.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Availability to work standard retail hours, which includes nights and weekends.
