About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and leadership. You will join the sales team as a fully trained member, working directly with customers while learning how various departments like merchandising, e-commerce, and human resources function together. The role focuses on developing your communication, negotiation, and closing skills through real-world interactions.
What you'll do#
- Ask probing questions to identify specific customer needs.
- Guide customers through the store and explain product differences.
- Manage the sales process by arranging payment and delivery.
- Complete all required sales paperwork accurately.
- Conduct customer follow-up through phone calls or thank you notes.
- Apply sales techniques while keeping customer satisfaction as your main priority.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Availability to work standard retail hours, including nights and weekends.
