About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and leadership within a retail environment. You will work as a member of the sales team, interacting directly with customers while gaining insight into how different business departments operate. The program includes exposure to merchandising, e-commerce, human resources, and accounting to show how these areas support the overall customer experience.
What you'll do#
- Ask questions to identify and understand customer needs.
- Guide customers through the store to find suitable products.
- Explain product differences and features.
- Manage payment and delivery arrangements for sales.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls or thank you notes.
- Apply sales techniques while following company procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction remains the primary focus.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Comfort using and learning new computer systems.
- Availability to work standard retail hours, which includes nights and weekends.

- Location: Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid, commission-based role with an additional hourly training bonus during the first four pay periods.
