About the role#
The events and meetings department offers hands-on experience planning national meetings. This internship is for a high-energy person who enjoys detail-oriented work. You will support the team in executing large-scale events and coordinating the various moving parts required for success.
What you'll do#
- Plan national meetings alongside the events team.
- Interact with various venues to manage event requirements.
- Assist with the overall event planning process.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for event participants.
- Manage attendee and exhibitor registration.
- Handle general meeting logistics to ensure smooth operations.
What you'll need#
- Status as an undergraduate, graduate, or law student, or recent graduate.
- Strong customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A high-energy approach to project management.
