    About the role#

    The Programs Outreach Intern supports the expansion of FEE in the Classroom International. You will work with the outreach team to identify high schools, universities, and student organizations across Latin America that align with our programs. This role involves market research, relationship building, and hands-on experience in an international nonprofit setting.

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct market research across Latin American countries to find new institutional partners.
    • Source and map contact information for schools, universities, and student organizations.
    • Prospect and develop outreach strategies, including drafting personalized emails.
    • Analyze market trends and provide insights to the team.
    • Develop strategic approaches for engaging with educators and university leaders.
    • Prepare program proposals for potential partners.
    • Manage lead and contact data in Salesforce.
    • Learn and apply outreach KPIs to track the success of your initiatives.

    What you'll need#

    • A background in Business, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Basic Spanish proficiency, including the ability to read and write simple emails and hold basic conversations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative personality.
    • A commitment to the mission and principles of FEE.

    Location & details#

    • This is a remote, paid, full-time internship.
    • The term for this position is Winter 2027.
