About the role#
This is a paid internship opportunity for the Winter 2027 term. You will work remotely as part of the Koch Internship Program. This role is open to undergraduate, graduate, and law students, as well as recent graduates. You will work directly with the communications director to support public information and media efforts.
What you'll do#
- Answer press and public information requests.
- Conduct media outreach campaigns.
- Create and post social media content.
- Write and distribute press releases.
- Update and maintain press lists and media databases.
- Coordinate communications with radio hosts, reporters, and columnists.
- Handle clerical duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in communications or media.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate, graduate, or law program, or recent graduation.
- Authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the program.
