About the role#
This internship is a partnership between ALSAC and the University of Memphis. You will work from our on-campus call center to support the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This is a paid, part-time position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Engage with individuals, businesses, and organizations on behalf of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
- Communicate clearly to support the mission of saving children’s lives.
- Accurately input data into our systems.
- Attend a mandatory 10-day training period from September 21, 2026, to October 2, 2026.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at the University of Memphis.
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to speak and write clearly in English.
- Capacity to listen to and follow verbal and written instructions.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Majors in Communications or Business Administration are preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site at the University of Memphis Call Center, Memphis, TN.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Schedule: Shifts are available Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 2:00pm or 3:00pm and 7:00pm.
