About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is hiring a Talent Management Intern for Summer 2027 to join our Human Resources team. This role focuses on the implementation of our Lyric platform, specifically the Learning Management System and the Talent/Succession Planning suite. You will work directly with the Talent Management team and HR business partners to support the project from evaluation through launch.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the implementation of the Lyric Learning Management System.
- Audit and clean up existing training content by identifying outdated material and organizing files.
- Support the evaluation of Lyric Talent tools and help develop the implementation approach.
- Assist with configuration, testing, and documentation for Lyric Talent.
- Draft communication and change management materials, including FAQs, quick reference guides, and job aids.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills to create clear materials for employees.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and handling detail-heavy tasks.
- Ability to stay organized, work independently, and manage multiple workstreams.
- Willingness to ask questions and flag potential problems early.
