About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is hiring for a Supply Chain Data Analytics Intern for the summer of 2027. This paid, full-time internship is based on-site at our corporate headquarters in Middleton, Wisconsin. You will work with our operations team on projects that provide hands-on experience in supply chain management and data analytics.
What you'll do#
- Support data insights and AI projects.
- Automate data pipelines using the Microsoft Fabric platform.
- Consolidate and refresh supply chain, logistics, and inventory dashboards.
- Conduct a design-geography analysis to evaluate delivery costs and transit times for freight reduction.
- Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities through SKU rationalization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year degree program, ideally as a Junior or Senior.
- A major in Supply Chain Management or Data Science.
- Previous internship experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
