About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is hiring a Product Management intern for the Summer 2027 term. This paid internship provides project support within the product management team and offers exposure to cross-functional work environments.
What you'll do#
You will work with the analytics and finance teams to build a standardized New Product Launch Dashboard. This project aims to create a repeatable tool that provides a consistent view of performance across various product lines. Your work will help the product management team and leadership identify issues or opportunities early in the product launch lifecycle to support informed decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year degree program, ideally as a Sophomore or Junior.
- Preference for majors in Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous internship experience in a relevant function is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
