About the role#
The Summer Analyst Internship Program offers firsthand exposure to the work behind identifying, assessing, and developing leaders for influential organizations. Interns join an environment where they work alongside leadership advisors and industry experts to support critical leadership decisions. You will gain exposure to executive search, leadership assessment, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, board work, and corporate governance.
What you'll do#
- Conduct executive, company, and industry research and analysis.
- Support active client engagements and business development initiatives.
- Develop presentations, reports, and other thought leadership materials.
- Network and interact with colleagues across practices, industries, and functions.
- Complete an individual project and a collaborative team project.
- Present work and key learnings to office leadership and colleagues.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, entering the final year of study.
- Strong academic performance with a minimum 3.3 GPA.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and engagement.
- Strong research, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed, resourceful, team-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must hold permanent U.S. work authorization.
- Relevant academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Political Science, Sociology, History, or English.
