About the role#
This is a full-time, 11-week paid internship running from May 26 to August 6, 2027. You will work on-site in Saint Louis, Missouri, supporting the procurement technology ecosystem. The role balances department-specific projects with professional development sessions, networking, and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Support and maintain procurement platforms including Ariba, SAP, and Fieldglass.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and inquiries through the Cherwell ticketing system.
- Partner with business users to resolve issues and minimize operational disruptions.
- Oversee system access and permissions to maintain security and data compliance.
- Coordinate and execute system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
- Test and validate system changes to ensure functionality before deployment.
- Monitor system performance and respond to outages.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system functionality.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- Rising senior status with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship.
- Ability to travel locally for intern development events.
- Familiarity with SAP and Excel (including basic formulas and functions) is preferred.
