About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027. You will spend 11 weeks working with the Customer Operations team to gain experience in the telecommunications industry. The program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027. You will spend 80% of your time on department projects and 20% on professional development, networking, and cross-functional activities.
What you'll do#
- Configure and deploy tax and collection settings in the CSG Billing Application.
- Perform queries on relevant databases.
- Interpret and analyze data to support business solutions.
- Assist in analyzing business partner operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Rising senior status with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
- Analytical, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with others and drive results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Maryland Heights, Missouri.
- You must be able to travel locally to intern development events.
