About the role#
This is a full-time, paid 11-week internship running from May 26 to August 6, 2027. You will work within the billing operations department to support customer service teams and improve billing platform functionality. Your schedule will be split between department projects and professional development activities, including networking and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Solve customer issues using billing operations tools.
- Implement guardrails for new billing platform enhancements.
- Manage and resolve complex billing problems.
- Coordinate tasks with peer teams and application vendors.
- Complete assigned projects and participate in professional development sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science at an accredited college or university.
- Status as a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong verbal and written communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with others and work independently to drive results.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship.

- You must be able to travel locally to attend intern development events and activities.
