About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will join our engineering team in San Francisco to support the development of space vehicles and ground infrastructure. This is a paid, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams to design, prototype, develop, and test software.
- Create software for custom-built PCBs and industry-standard satellite communications hardware.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a B.S. program for Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Experience designing, writing, and testing software that interacts with hardware from scratch.
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or protected individual status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
Bonus skills include experience with RF and signal processing or real-time operating systems.
