About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Operations Co-op position based in Canton, Ohio. You will join the Consumer Packaging Division to gain professional experience in the manufacturing industry. The role involves working directly with industry experts and participating in a network of peers, interns, and emerging leaders.
What you'll do#
- Complete hands-on projects alongside industry experts.
- Gain business knowledge across the enterprise.
- Participate in plant tours.
- Engage with company leadership.
- Take part in activities with other co-ops and interns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- Previous co-op experience, ideally in a manufacturing or functional area.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
