About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in City of Industry, California. You will join the IPP division for a rolling term. The program focuses on immersing you in the manufacturing and packaging industry through practical, on-the-job experience.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside industry experts and your peers.
- Complete hands-on projects.
- Gain business knowledge from across the enterprise.
- Engage with company leadership.
- Participate in plant tours.
- Join activities with other interns and Emerging Leader associates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or master degree program.
- A concentration in Mechanical, Chemical, or a similar engineering field.
- Previous internship experience, preferably in a manufacturing or functional area.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
