About the role#
Simon Property Group is hiring a Marketing Intern for The Mills at Jersey Gardens. This is a part-time, paid, on-site role with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Maintain contact with mall personnel.
- Coordinate participation and efforts during promotional activities.
- Screen inquiries and requests from tenants, vendors, and the public.
- Resolve problems as qualified.
- Assist in the coordination of special events at the property.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Availability to work business hours Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and FourSquare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and show initiative.
- Experience with conflict resolution and customer service.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
