About the role#
This marketing internship at Tampa Premium Outlets involves supporting property operations and promotional activities. You will act as a point of contact for mall personnel, tenants, and the public while assisting with the coordination of special events.
What you'll do#
- Maintain regular contact with mall staff.
- Coordinate participation during property promotions and special events.
- Screen inquiries and requests from vendors, tenants, and the public.
- Resolve problems or address questions as qualified.
What you'll need#
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and FourSquare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and provide customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
Location & details#
- Location: Lutz, Florida.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Business hours Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
