About the role#
This FP&A Internship offers hands-on experience in corporate finance. You will work with the finance team to provide strategic insights and financial leadership across the company. This role is a good fit for a student with analytical curiosity who enjoys solving problems and turning data into clear recommendations.
What you'll do#
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages.
- Work with Senior Analysts and Managers to conduct variance analysis and spot trends.
- Join the annual budgeting and reforecasting cycles.
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning.
- Help improve and optimize financial systems and internal processes.
- Assist with data extraction and entry within financial systems.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to perform financial analysis and present your findings clearly.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alameda, California.
- The position is paid at a rate between $20 and $25 per hour, depending on education and experience.
- This is a rolling internship.
