About the role#
This position offers practical experience for pharmacy students within a community retail setting. You will work under a local Associate-Owner while gaining exposure to the daily operations of a pharmacy. This role is designed to bridge the gap between academic studies and real-world practice.
What you'll do#
- Greet customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Manage patient counseling and drug therapy.
- Handle OTC product inquiries and disease state management.
- Ensure all privacy requirements, including consent management and confidentiality, are met.
- Participate in retail and community pharmacy training.
- Maintain visibility to the public while on duty.
- Learn the operational skills required to manage a retail pharmacy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Pharmaceutical Sciences program.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- Focus on providing a positive customer experience.

- Location: 8671 No. 1 Road, Unit 11, Richmond, BC.
- Employment Type: Part-time, on-site.
- Pay: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour.
- Term: Rolling.
