About the role#
The Solutions Engineer Intern joins the Advanced Growth Technologies AI Platforms team. This position focuses on bridging technical capabilities with business needs through the design and prototyping of AI-driven solutions. You will gain experience in enterprise environments and customer-facing use cases while working on internal and external innovation efforts.
What you'll do#
- Map business problems to AI-enabled solution designs.
- Support the development of proof-of-concepts, demos, and prototypes using AI, analytics, and automation technologies.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets.
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot basic code for AI workflows and automation.
- Create solution documentation, diagrams, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Participate in demo preparation and present findings to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior working toward a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Ability to write and troubleshoot basic code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience analyzing and cleaning datasets using tools like Pandas or NumPy.
- Availability for the full 12-week internship duration.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical information to various audiences.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Piscataway, New Jersey.
- Compensation is $20.00 per hour.
