About the role#
This is a year-round, full-time co-op position focused on sales operations. We are looking for someone to join our team for at least one full year. You will work remotely and gain hands-on experience with CRM fundamentals and sales support processes.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the daily operations and implementation of our CRM platform.
- Provide technical support for Salesforce and handle user requests.
- Manage and clean customer data to ensure accurate reporting and dashboards.
- Support the Business Unit CRM Manager with user management tasks.
- Assist with mobile device setup and troubleshooting for iPhones and iPads.
- Participate in core team meetings, including planning sessions and retrospectives.
- Respond to daily emails and actively learn CRM processes.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled in a college or university.
- We prefer candidates who are rising or current Juniors or Seniors.
- You must be authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring visa sponsorship.
- At least one year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a business-related field.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with at least one year of experience using tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish is preferred.
- Previous internship or co-op experience is a plus.
