About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our Construction Operations and Field Operations teams. You will work alongside established project teams in Miami during the summer of 2027. This role offers advance consideration for our Construction Management Skills Training program following your graduation. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
Your specific responsibilities depend on current business needs across project management, estimating, or field operations.
- Assist with daily project management tasks, including managing submittals and RFIs.
- Track procurement and change order documentation while helping with project close out.
- Work with the estimating and preconstruction team to develop project budgets and estimates.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure pricing and coverage, assist in scope writing, and attend bid reviews.
- Work directly with a superintendent on job sites to manage daily reports.
- Monitor and enforce site safety protocols and coordinate punch list activities.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising Junior or Senior in college.
- We look for students pursuing degrees in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States, as we do not offer sponsorship.

- Pay: $22-25 per hour, depending on experience and project requirements.
