About the role#
This internship program offers hands-on experience within construction and field operations. You will work alongside project teams in New York during the summer of 2027. Participants receive advance consideration for the full-time Construction Management Skills Training program upon graduation. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
Depending on business needs, you will support one of three areas:
- Project Management: Assist with daily tasks to keep projects on schedule and budget. You will manage submittals and RFIs, track procurement and change orders, and help with project close out.
- Estimating: Work with the preconstruction team to build budgets and estimates. You will coordinate with subcontractors for pricing, assist in writing scopes for various trades, and attend bid reviews.
- Field Operations: Partner with a superintendent on an active job site. You will manage daily reports, monitor site safety protocols, and coordinate punch list activities.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising Junior or Senior in college.
- Preferred fields of study include Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or Mechanical Engineering.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States, as we do not offer sponsorship.
