About the role#
We are looking for rising Juniors and Seniors to join our team in Miami for a Summer 2027 internship. This role provides hands-on experience working directly with our project teams. It also offers advance consideration for our CMST program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Identify potential jobsite hazards with the safety manager and review ways to minimize risk.
- Work with Field Operations and the safety team to conduct regular safety audits and follow up on issues.
- Talk directly with subcontractors to address safety concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships with project team members, clients, and subcontractors.
- Help the safety manager lead new hire safety orientations for incoming staff.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- High attention to detail.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in construction is preferred.

- Location: Miami, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, paid.
- Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and project factors.
