About the role#
As an Employer Brand Intern, you will join the Talent Acquisition team to help bring the SharkNinja brand to life. You will support our recruitment marketing strategy by crafting content across digital channels, events, and candidate touchpoints. This role is a chance to help shape how top talent discovers and connects with our company while gaining hands-on experience in branding, people, and communications.
What you'll do#
- Design digital assets such as LinkedIn banners, social hiring cards, and referral flyers.
- Create content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, our Careers site, and candidate emails.
- Help tell authentic employee stories by experimenting with new content formats.
- Track and report on campaign performance and social engagement.
- Assist with employee photoshoots to capture content that highlights our people.
- Act as an onsite brand ambassador in our Needham HQ by attending events and capturing behind-the-scenes material.
- Collaborate with Talent, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program, or graduation within the past year.
- A major in Marketing or Communications.
- Previous internship experience or a demonstrated interest in marketing, communications, branding, or content creation.
- Strong storytelling instincts with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- A working understanding of paid media and data tools like Google Analytics.
- An organized, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Needham, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through June).
- Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 1 day per week onsite.
- Schedule: Part-time, 10-16 hours per week.
- Compensation: Paid position, ranging from $28 to $36 per hour based on education level.
- Note: This position does not offer relocation or housing assistance.
